The Traditional classic

“The Traditional KOLIOS classic” cheese is the best known semi-hard cheese in Greece. It has been produced by KOLIOS since 1948 according to a special family recipe. It made from fresh pasteurised cow’s milk, is an aromatic cheese, with a mild, lightly salted taste.
