The Quality and Safety of our Products

The main goal of KOLIOS S.A. Greek Dairy is to provide delicious and healthy dairy products to the consumers daily. All the company’s products are produced in an automated modern way and are monitored by a strict quality control system applied by experienced and trained personnel, among which several specialised scientists. The detailed quality controls, according to a strict Quality Assurance System leave no room for doubts on the quality and safety attributes of KOLIOS products, from production to consumption.  

The quality controls are carried out in the certified laboratories of the company, staffed with specialised scientific personnel, using the latest state-of-the-art laboratory equipment and according to standardised methods of analysis. There are separate laboratories for the control of the raw milk and for the control of the intermediate and final products. Moreover, KOLIOS has also assigned detailed analysis of its products and raw materials to external laboratories, accredited according to the ISO 17025 standard.
