Absolutely delicious!<\/p>\n<p><strong>For Base<\/strong><br \/>\n2 boxes of type digestive biscuits<br \/>\n250g cow\u2019s butter KOLIOS<\/p>\n<p><strong>For Cream<\/strong><br \/>\n300g cream cheese KOLIOS<br \/>\n250g milk cream<br \/>\n100g powdered sugar<br \/>\nJuice of 1 lemon<br \/>\nLemon zest<\/p>\n<p><strong>Topping<\/strong><br \/>\nStrawberry jam or any other flavour you prefer<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation<\/strong><br \/>\nIn a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat or melt it in the microwave.<br \/>\nBlitz the biscuits in a food processor until finely ground, then stir into the butter.<br \/>\nPress the crumbs evenly into the tin (24cm), then leave in the fridge for 20 minutes to firm up.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the Cream<\/strong><br \/>\nIn a separate bowl, whisk the cream with powdered sugar, then fold into the cream cheese with lemon zest and its juice.
