Ingredients for pizza dough • 2 1/4 tsp. active dry yeast • 1 tsp. sugar • 1 tsp. salt • 2 cups flour • 1 Tbsp olive oil   for sause • 1 large tomato or 100g tomato sauce • 3 leaves fresh basil • 1/2 clove fresh garlic • 1/4 tsp dried oregano • 1/4 tsp dried thyme • 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes (optional) • 1/2 tsp salt (add more to taste)   for topping • 200g KOLIOS VEGAN • 2 large red peppers • 2 large yellow peppers • 3-5 baby tomatoes   Preparation In a ceramic bowl, combine yeast and sugar. Add 1 cup of warm water (around 100 degrees) and let it combine for a couple of minutes. Add salt and flour, mix them well you can use your hand or a fork whatever you are

Ingredients • 2 Tomatoes  • 100g KOLIOS FETA PDO cheese • 2 Dakos • 3 Tbsp olive oil  • 1 tbs oregano • salt Preparation We start by tossing the dakos occasionally into the water until they become a little bit softer, then you smash them into large pieces and you place them in the bottom of your bowl. Roughly chop the tomatoes into pieces, place the tomatoes in a bowl and season with salt. Then you crumble the FETA into large chunks and place it on top of the salad. Sprinkle over the oregano and the olive oil let it rest for 3 minutes and the flavours will soak into the dakos. Mix them all together and voila the Cretan salad is ready!
