Ingredients for pizza dough • 2 1/4 tsp. active dry yeast • 1 tsp. sugar • 1 tsp. salt • 2 cups flour • 1 Tbsp olive oil   for sause • 1 large tomato or 100g tomato sauce • 3 leaves fresh basil • 1/2 clove fresh garlic • 1/4 tsp dried oregano • 1/4 tsp dried thyme • 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes (optional) • 1/2 tsp salt (add more to taste)   for topping • 200g KOLIOS VEGAN • 2 large red peppers • 2 large yellow peppers • 3-5 baby tomatoes   Preparation In a ceramic bowl, combine yeast and sugar.
