Greek Salad Horiatiki
A recipe with Greek holiday spirit!
A light, healthy and tasteful meal, very easy to prepare – also very popular to the lovers of vegetarian cuisine. Serve it with white bread , such as baguette.
Preparation time: 10 min
• 150 – 200g KOLIOS FETA cheese cut in cubes
• 3-4 tomatoes
• 1 small cucumber
• 1 onion
• 1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
• few black olives
• 3 spoonfuls of olive oil
• 1 spoonful of vinegar
(white wine vinegar or apple vinegar)
• oregano (or parsley)
Cut the tomatoes, the onion, the cucumber and the bell pepper in slices. Mix them in a salad bowl. Add the Feta cheese, add the olives and some oregano. Season the salad with the olive oil, the vinegar and the salt.
