Delicious Raspberries & Pomegranate ice cream recipe! It’s too good to resist! Ingredients 600g KOLIOS Authentic Greek Yogurt 200g frozen raspberries 8 tbsp honey 250ml thickened cream (must be able to be whipped) 1 pomegranate Instructions Let the raspberries thaw and purée them with a blender. Strain the purée through a sieve to get rid of seeds. Add the KOLIOS Authentic Greek Yogurt to a mixing bowl and mix in with the honey and the raspberry purée. Whip the cream until it’s thick and add it to the mixture – stir in gently. Mix in 3/4 of the pomegranate seeds into the mixture, pour into your metallic tray, covered with cling film. Place in the freezer at least for 4 hours or overnight. Serve in bowls with a scattering for the rest of

The interest of the international commercial visitors was vivid and the company earned many enthusiastic compliments on the taste of Feta P.D.O. and its delicious Greek Cheeses.

FOOD EXPO | 16 - 18.03.2019 | Athens Greece KOLIOS participated in Food Expo 2019 at METROPOLITAN EXPO exhibition center in Athens. Buyers from all over the world were there in order to know a wide range of traditional and innovative Greek products. The interest was great for Greek and international commercial buyers.

Ingredients for pizza dough • 2 1/4 tsp. active dry yeast • 1 tsp. sugar • 1 tsp. salt • 2 cups flour • 1 Tbsp olive oil   for sause • 1 large tomato or 100g tomato sauce • 3 leaves fresh basil • 1/2 clove fresh garlic • 1/4 tsp dried oregano • 1/4 tsp dried thyme • 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes (optional) • 1/2 tsp salt (add more to taste)   for topping • 200g KOLIOS VEGAN • 2 large red peppers • 2 large yellow peppers • 3-5 baby tomatoes   Preparation In a ceramic bowl, combine yeast and sugar. Add 1 cup of warm water (around 100 degrees) and let it combine for a couple of minutes. Add salt and flour, mix them well you can use your hand or a fork whatever you are

Ingredients • 2 Tomatoes  • 100g KOLIOS FETA PDO cheese • 2 Dakos • 3 Tbsp olive oil  • 1 tbs oregano • salt Preparation We start by tossing the dakos occasionally into the water until they become a little bit softer, then you smash them into large pieces and you place them in the bottom of your bowl. Roughly chop the tomatoes into pieces, place the tomatoes in a bowl and season with salt. Then you crumble the FETA into large chunks and place it on top of the salad. Sprinkle over the oregano and the olive oil let it rest for 3 minutes and the flavours will soak into the dakos. Mix them all together and voila the Cretan salad is ready!

Crumbled Feta Serves 2-4 Difficulty: Easy   Ingredients • 100g Authentic FETA KOLIOS • 3 peppers • ½ cucumber • 8 baby tomatoes • 1 red onion • ½ garlic • cress   Dressing • 3 Tbsp Balsamic • 6 Tbsp Olive oil • 1 tsp Honey • 1 tsp Mustard • Salt & Pepper   Preparation Deseed and slice the peppers, peel and slice the cucumber and onion. Cut the baby tomatoes in half and smash the garlic. Combine all the ingredients except crumbled FETA in a salad bowl. Meanwhile, make your dressing by combining the balsamic, olive oil, honey and mustard and seasoning in small bowl. Mix well. Dress the vegetables and crumble over the FETA, then gently toss everything together.

Difficulty: Easy Ingredients • 300 g  Authentic Greek yogurt  • 1 cucumber • 1/3 of a garlic clove, finely minced • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar  • ¼ bunch dill, finely chopped • 3 tablespoons olive oil • salt   Preparation Peel the cucumber and grate with a cheese grater, using the large blades. Put in a bowl. Add a few good pinches of salt. Toss and set aside to release its liquid.  In the meantime, combine the yogurt, 1/3 of a garlic clove (minced), 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar 3 tablespoons of olive oil and a good pinch of salt. Mix until it is combined and creamy. Squeeze the cucumber with your hands to release any remaining liquid. Discard the liquid and add the cucumber to the yogurt mixture. Stir into mixture. Adjust salt according
